Shipping Policy: 

For all international shipments , any tax or duty shall be borne by the buyer

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.
We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. 

*If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the package might be dropped by customs or returned to us, and we will not refund any amount of money.

COVID-19 Shipment Upgrade Notice:

During the outbreak, it may take longer than usual for the post office to process your package, and the tracking info may not be updated for a while. Please give the post office more time to transport your package and update your tracking info.

And your package will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.

The ETA with your order may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, sorry for the inconvenience.

Please kindly note that we will not issue any refund with your order if you refuse to receive the package we sent to you.

If you no longer want to receive the package, please do not refuse it when it is delivered. Instead, you can send us one return form with your order.

We offer one shipping method for US customers: Standard Shipping 

For US customers, the shipping time will be 2-4 business days

  • Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 2-4 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.
  • Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.
